Ryder Fox got the Knights on the board quickly in this contest, scoring 2 goals, one in the first minute off a Garrett Obrst assist, and again in the 4th minute off the foot of an Oliver Hiller pass. The Knights caught the Tygers napping, but those 2 early goals woke them up, the claws came out and the Tygers dismantled the Knights for the rest of the contest. Mansfield took a 7-2 lead into the half and closed the game by a final tally of 12-2. The Knights look to rebound at home on Thursday night with a clash against the Cambridge Bobcats. JV will play one half at 6pm, with varsity to follow.
