The Knights Track & Field teams had a solid start to their season despite the chilly temperatures today near Zanesville at the West Muskingum West Side Classic. Champions for West Holmes include Junior Maddax Graham in the Shot Put and Discus, Junior Mallory Marmet in the Discus, 9th grader Sophie Arnold in the 3200m Run, Sophomore Marshall Yoder in the 300m hurdles and the 4x800m relay squad of Sophie Arnold, Chelsie Cooper, Breslyn Brown and Katherine Kaster. Runner-up finishes were earned by Mallory in the Shot Put, Chet Cooper in the Shot Put, Katherine in the 1600m run, Iriel Mena in the 800m run and Lilli Brown in the High Jump.
