The West Holmes JV wrestlers placed 14th at the Northridge invitational tournament, with 3 individual placers as well. Results for the wrestlers: Ashton Cornwell placed 6th going 2-3 with a pin and a tech fall Calvin Pendlebury placed 6th going 2-3 with a pin and a tech fall Dylan Ferrebee went 1-3 with a pin Wade Miller placed 5th going 4-1 with 4 pins Lane Burgett went 0-3 with some tough matches Kayden Markley went 3-2 with 3 pins The team wrestled pretty tough today. The boys went out looking to score points even when competing against varsity wrestlers. JV wrestler of the week goes to Wade Miller. Wade put together a good tournament. He wrestled the most aggressive we’ve seen this year, and was looking to pin in every match.
