The JV wrestling team took ninth place today at the WH JV tournament. The boys wrestled some tough competition from some well respected wrestling programs. Each West Holmes wrestler was able to make it on the podium with 3 finalist and 1 champion. Results for each of the competing wrestlers: Ashton Cornwell went 1-3 with 1 pin and an 8th place finish Calvin Pendlebury went 1-2 with 1 pin and a 9th place finish Dylan Ferrebee went 3-1 taking 2nd place with two pins and a tech-fall Wade Miller placed 2nd going 3-1 on the day with 1 pin Logan Leyda placed 5th going 2-1 on the day with 1 pin Finn McClintock took 2nd going 3-1 on the day with 2 pins and a tech-fall Kayden Markley took home first place going 3-0 with 2 pins and a tech-fall.
